If we cancel our reservation, do we get a refund?

No, the reservation deposit is non-refundable, but is reusable through the end of our current season (October 31st 2022).

Do you supply a captain or offer tours of the lake?

No, renter should have a valid drivers license, be 18 years of age or older,  know how to safely operate a boat and know boating regulations.

Do we get the reservation deposit back?

No, the reservation deposit is to hold the pontoon in your name and the $100 reservation deposit is deducted from the total rental price.

Do you have a waiting list for pontoon cancellations?

We post all cancellations on our Facebook page.

Are there life Jackets on the pontoon or do we need to bring our own?

Yes there are life jackets on the pontoons. Whatever the capacity of the boat is the number of adult life jackets on it. Due to the current pandemic, the child/infant loaner program through the Corps has been suspended, so it is recommended to bring those.

Is Gas included in price?

No, the pontoon goes out full and upon return, you will refill the tank at our gas dock.

Can we bring our own gas can and gas to refill the boat?

No, our gas contains no alcohol. If you violate this rule, your damage deposit will be kept as fuel containing alcohol damages our motors.

Can we keep the pontoon overnight?

No, full day boat rentals are 8 hours, half days are 4 hours. Your time starts when the boat is picked up with the latest return times by day listed below:

Rental times Sunday-Thursday are 9:30am-5:30pm.

Friday-Saturday rentals must be picked up between 9:30am-11:00am and must be returned between 5:30p-7:30pm.

It is your responsibility to pick up your boat in a timely fashion, GRM is not responsible for lost time if your reservation is picked up after 9:30am Sunday-THursday or after 11:00 am Friday-Saturday.

How does the damage deposit work? Do you charge my card?

The damage deposit is a hold on your card (pre-authorization) and will be released upon return of the pontoon unless it is returned damaged.

What does the damage deposit cover?

The damage deposit is to cover damages to the seats, body, prop, lost/missing items and is not limited to $500.

Do you have speed boats?

No, we only rent pontoons and Jon Boats.

Is there a grill on the pontoons?

There are no grills and they are not allowed as they are a fire hazard to our boats.

How do you handle cancellations?

Cancellations for pontoons must be made 10 days or more in advance. Reservation deposits are non-refundable but are reusable through the end of our current season (October 31st 2022).

Where can we fish from the pontoons?

You can fish off the Jon Boats, Solid Craft Double Deckers and Suntrackers. No fishing or smoking on the Leisure Krafts

Do you rent fishing equipment?

We do not rent fishing equipment, but do sell live bait.

Are you on central or eastern time?

Green River Marina is on Eastern Time.

How much is the reservation deposit on the Pontoons?

$100.00 plus convenience fee non refundable that is deducted from the rental.

What kind of boats do you rent?

We have 4 person, 12 person and 14 person capacity pontoon boats and john boats.

Are we allowed to pull a skier/tube behind your rentals?

We do not furnish/rent tubes, skis, etc but do sell tubes in our store. Customer will assume all risk/responsibility if they choose to tow behind our rentals.

Are there radios on the boats?

Not on the double decker boats, the Premium Leisure Krafts do have a stereo . Some customers bring a blue tooth speaker and their phone.

What if I run down the battery playing the radio while parked?

There is a $75 service run minimum fee to send a technician to jump start the battery.

What is your rain policy?

If there are severe storms in the area, we will not let our pontoons leave our dock (Lightning, high winds, etc). If there is a prediction of severe weather and you choose to take the pontoon, but your day is cut short due to weather, we do not make concessions.

Do you have a beach area?

We do not have a beach area here at the marina.
