What do we need to bring with us?

The short answer is, food, but we recommend bringing tin foil (for grill) beach towels and extra bath towels as we do not provide daily towel exchange.

Is there a grill?

Yes, there is a gas grill on the front of every cabin.

Is there anywhere to park a boat?

There is a 20’X50’ uncovered boat slip next to each cabin.

Do you rent less than 3 days or more than 7?

In the off peak season, we can quote less than a 3 day stay. We can do more than 7 days in peak season, but it must stick to the Monday/Friday check out/in schedule format.

Is there a coffee maker in the cabin?

Yes.

Is there a toaster?

Yes.

How do you handle cancellations?

Cancellations for cabins must be made 30 days or more in advance. Reservation deposits are non-refundable but are reusable up to a year from the first day of your original stay.

Where can we fish on the dock?

You can fish off the back porch of the cabin, in the slip next to the cabin or from shore. No fishing in the covered slips or on the main walkway.

Are you on central or eastern time?

Green River Marina is on Eastern Time.

What do the kitchens have in them?

Refrigerator/freezer, microwave, stove/oven, dish washing supplies, plates, glasses, cooking and eating utensils, paper towels, fire extinguisher. There are no ice makers in the cabins, but we sell ice at the marina.

How much is the reservation deposit on the cabins?

$300.00 non refundable that is deducted from the rental.

Is there air conditioning/heat in the cabins?

Yes.

Are your cabins animal friendly?

Yes, all but one of cabins is animal friendly. Animals are restricted to a maximum of 2 domesticated (dogs, cats, rabbit, etc).

Is there any extra charge for bringing animals?

There is a $25 per night per animal non-refundable fee. Maximum of 2. Green River Marina reserves the right to refuse animals in cabins.

Which cabin is animal-free and why?

The VIP cabin is the only cabin animals are not allowed. We strive to accommodate all of our customers needs to the best of our abilities and keeping one cabin animal free will allow our customers with allergies to stay in a hypo-allergenic cabin.

Are TV or internet available in the cabins?

We do provide, at no extra charge, limited television channels and wifi access. Since the cabins are floating on the water, we can not guarantee quality or availability of either. We also have a small amount of DVD’s to rent in the store if television service is out.

Do we need to bring toilet paper or bed linens?

All beds have, sheets, bed spreads, pillows with covers and comfort tops. Toilet paper is furnished in the bathroom(s).

I’d like to see what the cabins look like, can you send us pictures?

I have a large group, do you have cots/pull out sofa/hide-away beds to fit all of us in one cabin?

No, each cabin has a maximum capacity that can not be exceeded.

When is the store open?

It depends on the time of year. Store hours are posted on our facebook page as well.

Do you have a restaurant at the marina?

What hours is the restaurant open?

The restaurant is open Fridays by 3:00 PM, 8:00 AM on Saturday, Sunday and Holiday Mondays. Closing times will vary depending on volume of customers in the evening.

What kind of food does the restaurant have?

What kind of boats do you rent?

We have 5 person, 10 person and 14 person capacity pontoon boats and john boats.

Are we allowed to pull a skier/tube behind your rentals?

WE do not furnish tubes, skis, etc but customer will assume all risk/responsibility if they choose to tow behind our rentals.

Are there radios on the boats?

No, the boats do not have radios. Most customers bring a blue tooth speaker and their phone.
